Summary Features

Support hotel divisions for RMS PMS - POSINT-58

It is now possible for a Zonal user to map RMS Sundry IDs to Aztec Hotel Division on a per site basis. Room postings and non-room posting will be updated to have an array based on Hotel Division breakdown, with the mapped Sundry ID sent to RMS instead of Aztec Hotel Division.

The existing CLM plugin configuration for Sundry ID in Aztec Base Data will be removed.

Send service charge and tip breakdown to RMS PMS - POSINT-61

Service charge will be sent to RMS as a Sundry ID. This will use the Sundry ID assigned for the Aztec Hotel Division mapped to the Service Charge in Aztec.

Tips will be sent to RMS as the Sundry ID configured in Base Data in the CLM plugin configuration for RMS.

Stop sending anything to RMS PMS in the 'description' field - POSINT-68

Currently information about each transaction is sent to RMS PMS in both the 'description' and 'comment' field. Anything sent in 'description' appears on hotel invoices and RMS have requested that this is no longer sent so that Sundry Name appears on invoices instead.

Move RMS Agent ID and passcode from Base Data configuration - POSINT-60

Agent ID and passcode do not vary between installs therefore they will be removed from the CLM plugin configuration in Aztec Base Data.

Salesforce Integration - create plugin framework based on Wizard - SFOP-1

The Wizard ledger management system will be replaced by a bespoke Salesforce integration. A new plugin will be created based on the functionality from the existing Wizard plugin.

The Salesforce ledger management system enables a number of enhancements including rent ledger and sales ledger payments in the same session, invoice selection on sales ledger, and improved challenge questions.

Salesforce - support multiple members - POSINT-30

Salesforce can support multiple named members against a single account. POS Integration Engine needs to be able to present all members to a POS user to the correct one can be selected for validation.

Salesforce - support multiple contracts - POSINT-34

This enhancement allows a member to carry out transactions for any account they have, not just accounts associated to the site they are currently at.

Salesforce - finalise fixed data - POSINT-32

The Aztec fixed data needed for Salesforce will be finalised and added to Aztec so that a Salesforce Members transaction can be initiated.
